Grace Wilentz, who was born in New York City, joins Irish born Sara Berkeley and fellow New Yorkers Jay Deshpande and Amy Klein for a New York poetry reading at Unnameable Books in Brooklyn, NY this Friday, 14 October at 7pm.
Grace Wilentz moved to Ireland in 2005 to study the Irish language and became an Irish citizen in 2015. Her debut collection, The Limit of Light, was published by The Gallery Press in 2020.
Sara Berkeley was born in Dublin in and educated at Trinity College, Dublin, and the University of California, Berkeley. She now lives in New York and her fourth collection with The Gallery Press, The Last Cold Day, was published last week.
Jay Deshpande is a poet and educator based in Brooklyn. He is the author of Love the Stranger.
Amy Klein is a New York poet, writer, and songwriter. Her unique background blends punk with literature.
