Gallery Goes: JHISS takes place in Armagh and live online for those that can’t make to Armagh in person. 

Audrey Molloy grew up in County Wexford and currently lives in Sydney, Australia. Her debut collection, The Important Things, was published by The Gallery Press in June 2021.  The 2019 winner of the Hennessy Award for Emerging Poetry, and the An Post Award for Irish Poem of the Year, in 2020, Southword Editions published her chapbook, Satyress. Her work has appeared in magazines and anthologies in Ireland, England and Australia.

Caitríona Ní Chléirchín is an Irish-language poet, critic, editor and lecturer (DCU), originally from Emyvale, Co. Monaghan. Her début collection, Crithloinnir, won the Oireachtas Prize for New Writers, 2010, and, An Bhrídeach Sí, won the Michael Hartnett Prize, 2015.  In 2020, her collection, Safó, was listed by Tuairisc.ie, as one of their top 20 books. The Gallery Press recently published The Talk of the Town, with translations by Peter Fallon. She was the Irish-language editor of Poetry Ireland Review 2019-20.

John FitzGerald has just launched his debut collection, The Time Being, June, 2021, with The Gallery Press, marking the arrival of a distinctive presence in Irish poetry.  He won the Patrick Kavanagh Poetry Award in 2014 and was shortlisted for a Hennessy Literary Award in 2015.  A Chapbook, First Cut, appeared in 2017, followed by, Darklight, a limited edition, in 2019. A former Key West Literary Bursary (Florida, USA.) recipient, he lives in County Cork and works at University College Cork as a University Librarian.
