Tech Amergin’s Solstice Poetry Gathering Celebrating Contemporary Irish Poetry where Irish Poetry first came ashore
Ireland’s youngest poetry festival will be celebrating Ireland’s oldest poem, The Song of Amergin, in the company of Ireland Professors of Poetry, Michael Longley, Harry Clifton and Paula Meehan as well as poets James Harpur, Lorna Shaughnessy, Tony Curtis, Cathal Ó Searcaigh,Theo Dorgan, Kerry Hardie, Bernard O’Donoghue, Leanne O’Sullivan, Mick Delap, Manuel Rivas, Paddy Bushe and John F Deane.
Workshops, readings, music, book launches, talks and walks in the the beautiful village of Waterville on Kerry’s Wild Atlantic Way.
