Gallery Goes to Belfast International Arts FestivalOur Gallery Goes to Belfast International Arts Festival event, in association with the John Hewitt Society, takes place on 1 November where Kevin Graham, Molly Twomey and Eiléan Ní Chuilleanáin will read from their work.

Kevin Graham’s poems have appeared widely in print as well as on radio. His first collection, The Lookout Post, a book of uncommon poise and range, was published this year.

Eiléan Ní Chuilleanáin is one of Ireland’s leading poets and served as Ireland Professor of Poetry (2016 – 2019). She has won the Patrick Kavanagh Award, the Irish Times Award for Poetry, the O’Shaughnessy Award and the International Griffin Poetry Prize. Her numerous collections from Gallery Press include The Sun-fish (2010), The Boys of Bluehill (2015) and The Mother House (2020) and The Map of the World which has been shortlisted for the 2023 T S Eliot Prize.

Molly Twomey has been published in Poetry Ireland Review, Banshee, The Irish Times, Mslexia and The Stinging Fly, and has been chosen for Poetry Ireland’s Introductions series. Already in 2023 her debut collection, Raised Among Vultures,  won the Southword Debut Poetry Collection Award and was shortlisted for the Seamus Heaney First Collection award.
